FINALLY!

Can you guess what Mama and Mary are excited about?
Pig tails - FINALLY!

Yes, I know they are small...
(and look like antennae, according to Daddy)

 But she is so excited to have me do her hair like her Jie Jie Sylvie. Actually, I think she is just excited that I take as long of time to do her hair now as I do on Sylvie's. She is still very focused on everything being "equal".

After putting in the elastics, she asks to look in the mirror, 
fingers her ponies, and says "Pretty". I agree!

    Cute!!! Any you could put a couple of pony tails in your Datong sweetie just 3.5 months after coming home....It took me almost 6 as my sweetie came home freshly shaved.
    Glad to see that she is feeling better.

    Adorable! I used to do my daughter's hair that way, except it her hair was white. So cute!

    And what a smart girl, in such an early stage, totally understand the whole 'equal' thing!

    Awww! Sweet! I so remember those short little "Pokie tails" as I call them. Now Sugar Pie's pony tails touch her shoulders!

    I was so excited for MG's first pigtails ... and now she actually has enough for a short ponytail.
